Our customer has found a nice way to attach photos to the wall: magnetic attachment of photo canvases
Magnetic attachment of photo canvases
Hello dear Magnet Shop team,
I have used magnets to build a very flexible mounting for photo canvases. Standard shelf profiles from the hardware store are attached to the wall. I have stuck self-adhesive disc magnets Ø 10 x 1 mm to the back of the photo canvases.
The great thing is that you can create quite a lot of space for photos at first – but you can then gradually add the photos themselves to the tiled wall without having to get out the drill every time. You can also change the arrangement at any time. I also really like the slightly floating effect of the pictures.
These discs are self-adhesive on one side and are assembled in pairs on a carrier tape.
This means that two discs always lie exactly on top of each other and stick together.
This means you can use them, for example, as an elegant closure for folders.
Magnets and ferrous surfaces go together like strawberry cake and whipped cream. But what if you need magnetism on surfaces that just won’t hold a magnet? That’s where our self-adhesive magnets – also called sticky magnets – come in. They also stick to materials such as wood, aluminum or plastic and form a bond with them without losing their adhesive power. And the whole thing works without you having to attach a magnetic foil or magnetic tape. Magnets that are self-adhesive have a magnetic surface and an adhesive side that adheres strongly to any alloy. In the next step, let’s look at the practical work you can do with our self-adhesive neodymium magnets in different sizes and strengths.
