Our customer designed and created the following project himself. A unique and individual magnet application; an invisible floating company logo.

To implement his project, he used the following materials:
- 3 x neodymium pot magnet Ø 42.0 x 9.0 mm with countersunk hole – holds 55 kg and each has a suitable screw, washer and nut.
The following pictures illustrate the implementation of this project in detail.
With the help of these few materials, the customer successfully designed this attachment for his company logo. Which now floats „invisibly“ in front of a curtain.
Functioning of the neodymium pot magnets with steel pot:
The strong NdFeB magnets are installed in a steel pot. This metal housing protects the neodymium magnet from damage and increases the adhesive force. In order to achieve an optimal adhesive force, the pot magnet must rest directly on the metallic surface. A thin sheet of iron or paint can reduce the adhesive force very quickly. The adhesive force only acts on the open magnet side, since the steel pot shields the magnetic effect.
The magnet has a central hole with a counter bore. This allows the holding magnet to be securely screwed to the wall / ceiling using a countersunk screw. Metallic counterparts then adhere magnetically to this pot magnet. The maximum operating temperature is 80 ° C.
The holding magnets / assembly magnets / pot magnets are used particularly often in industry. Also at trade fairs. The strong pot magnets are also indispensable in the advertising sector / display construction / lighting sector.
