Magnetic closure
Heide Kabel is a well-known manufacturer in the field of media technology. We manufacture high quality connection panels. We offer years of experience in the field of custom-made products.
For one of our table installation fields with the article designation: Skytower, we use four Ringmagnet Ø 10.0 x 3.4 x 3.0 mm N42 nickel with counterbore north.
These magnets are screwed into the flap of the connection panel. In turn, they rest on steel spheres, so that the magnetic force is optimally used.
The Skytower connection panel is an ingenious product. It’s square dimension enables the connection panel to be opened from any side. The selection of the sitting position at the table remains freely selectable.
USING THE MAGNETS
The photo shows the exact positioning of our magnets. These are located one in the right and one in the left corner of the flap.
The steel spheres are opposite to each other in the corners of the connection panel.
Professionally installed, the attraction of the magnets and steel spheres ensures a secure magnetic closure.
