Magnetic ball lifters for boules balls

Magnetic ball lifters for heavy boules balls was created with the help of our magnets.

I would like to introduce my application for magnets here:

In order not to have to bend down for the heavy iron balls when playing boules, I built a magnetic ball lifter.
I drilled a neodymium pot magnets into a pig made of boxwood and attached a chain across from it.

So you can easily fish the balls with magnetic force. Protects your back and makes it easier to pick up.

Special thing about pot magnets is, that the holding force is increased by using a metal pot.
The pot changes the magnetic flux and thus increases the force. Even relatively small magnets adhere very strongly. These magnets are versatile and suitable for both commercial and private use. For example, they can be used as gripping magnets for industrial applications for transporting steel and iron parts. Such magnets are also very suitable for strong and quickly detachable fastenings without drilling.

How the neodymium pot magnets with steel pot work:
Strong NdFeB magnets are installed in a steel pot. This metal housing protects the neodymium magnet from damage. The adhesive force is increased.
In order to be able to achieve an optimal adhesive force, the pot magnet must lie directly on the metallic substrate.

Specialty:
The magnet has a central hole with a countersink. The magnet can be securely screwed to walls or ceilings with a countersunk screw. Metallic counterparts adhere to this pot magnet.
It’s maximum operating temperature is 80 ° C.
Holding magnets / assembly magnets / pot magnets are used particularly often in industry, trade fair and assembly construction.
Strong pot magnets have also become indispensable in the advertising / display construction / lighting sector.
