I would like to introduce my application;
I used neodymium ringmagnets to assemble the curtains in my converted „Kangoo“ camping vehicle.
Sew the ring magnet to the curtain with a few stitches and strong thread. This adheres directly to the metal frame of the body. The Kangoo can be converted into a mobile sleeping place with privacy protection in just a few simple steps.
The distance between the magnets is approx. 40 cm. Our forehand holds.
Neodymium magnets are made from an alloy of neodymium, iron and boron (NdFeB). They have enormous magnetic strength per unit volume. These are extremely robust against demagnetization.
Their forces of attraction lift almost 1000 times their own weight. They are among the most powerful permanent magnets.

Neodymium ring magnets are available with axial (magnetic poles on the two opposite circular surfaces) or diametrical magnetization (magnetization left and right parallel to the diameter).
In addition, special neodymium ring magnets with countersink for screws are available.
