Invisible ceiling mounting for light panels
Hello dear magnet shop team,
I was looking for a way to fix a light panel (600 x 300) without much effort.
Here I got the idea to try it with magnets. I found the ingenious pot magnets with countersink on your website.
The rest was relatively simple: mark out the center line and measure it precisely, pre-drill holes, attach magnets with countersunk screws, install the electrical system in the ceiling and the panel
Put on the magnets, done.
The fastening is bombproof. It can be removed again. This is the best solution for my needs.
How the neodymium pot magnets with steel pot work:
The strong NdFeB magnets are built into a steel pot. This metal housing protects the neodymium magnet from damage and increases the adhesive force. In order to be able to achieve an optimal adhesive force, the flat gripper must lie directly on the metallic substrate. A thin sheet of iron or a paint job can very quickly reduce the adhesive force. The adhesive force only acts on the open magnet side. The steel pot shields the magnetic effect.
Special feature: The magnet has a central hole with a countersink. This can be securely screwed to walls or ceilings with a countersunk screw. Metallic counterparts adhere magnetically to this pot magnet. The maximum operating temperature is 80 ° C.
Holding magnets / assembly magnets / pot magnets are used particularly often in industry, trade fair and assembly construction. The strong pot magnets have also become indispensable in the advertising / display construction / lighting sector.
